Mark Traphagen speaks on copyright protection and enforcement for software and digital media at "Copyright, Culture, Arts, and Science in a Digital Age," a seminar for foreign government officials organized by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Global IP Academy.

June 8 and 9, 2015  -  Mark Traphagen teaches U.S. Copyright Law in Practice at the Munich Intellectual Property Law Center, an academic program  jointly run by the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition, the University of Augsburg, the Technische Universität München, and The George Washington University Law School.
